About Coffs Harbour Kart Club
Coffs Harbour Kart Club races at C.ex Raceway on Phil Hawthorne Drive, on the NSW Mid North Coast. It is a CIK affiliated kart racing club rather than an arrive-and-drive centre — members compete in their own karts across Karting Australia categories — and it has long had a reputation for a smooth, well-presented circuit. A recent multi-million-dollar upgrade extended, widened and resurfaced the track and added a new two-storey clubhouse with a lift, control and stewards' rooms, a canteen, a dining area and a large viewing deck. The club runs categories from Cadet 9 and Cadet 12 for young drivers up through Junior and Senior classes, and is a vocal supporter of getting more girls into karting.
