About Gunnedah Speedway
Gunnedah Speedway is a regional dirt-oval race venue on Blue Vale Road in north-west NSW, run by the Gunnedah Speedway Club. It is a spectator venue, not a drive-it-yourself attraction โ you come to watch the racing under lights, with affordable food and a relaxed country crowd. Meetings bring together a strong card of classes, headlined by spectacular 360 Sprintcars alongside Late Models, Super Sedans, Street Stocks, Formula 500s, four-cylinder sedans and juniors. With on-site camping, plenty of travelling fans turn a meeting into a full weekend away, drawn as much by the country hospitality as by the racing itself. Dust-filled evenings under the lights sum up everything that makes grassroots speedway worthwhile.
