About Lismore Speedway
Lismore Speedway is a dirt-track speedway at the Lismore Showground in northern NSW, and one of the best-run regional motorsport venues on the North Coast. Racing runs on a 400-metre clay-and-sand oval that is a full 15 metres wide the whole way round, giving drivers plenty of room for side-by-side action with less dust and fewer ruts than many country tracks. It is primarily a spectator venue β you come to watch rather than drive β with covered grandstand seating, big screens, canteens and bars, and a consistently on-schedule event program that competitors and fans travel for. The lively atmosphere and varied race card make for a memorable night whichever category is headlining.
