About Western Sydney Speedway
Western Sydney Speedway is a purpose-built dirt-oval speedway at Eastern Creek in Sydney's west, home to a new world-class clay-based oval of roughly 500 metres built for both speedway cars and motorcycles. It is a spectator race venue β you buy a ticket, take a seat in the grandstands and watch the racing under lights, rather than driving yourself. The season runs roughly 35 events from September through to June, headlined by Australia's premier division, the 850hp V8 Sprintcars, alongside Late Models, Midgets, Wingless Sprints, V8 Dirt Modifieds, Street Stocks and Junior Sedans. With proper grandstand seating, food and drink and plenty of parking, it is a well-run, family-friendly night of live motorsport for Sydney fans.
