About Classic MX WA
Classic MX WA is a progressive, family-oriented vintage and classic motocross club formed in November 2009 (originally as Pre85MXWA) to cater for all eras of classic machinery in Western Australia. The club is based at the Hillman Farm Motocross Track on Hillman Dardadine Road โ approximately 12 km from Darkan township and about 2.5 hours south of Perth โ a venue with a proud local motorsport tradition stretching back to the 1950s, built on the site of the former Darkan Speedway. Events run classes for bikes that are over 20 years old, typically covering Pre-75, Pre-85, Pre-90 and Pre-95 categories (depending on entries), with a welcoming atmosphere that makes returning riders and classic bike enthusiasts feel immediately at home. The season generally runs April through September, and the club also participates in combined events with the Vintage Motocross Club of WA (VMXWA).
