About Phillip Island Go Karts
Phillip Island Go Karts is an outdoor karting track at Ventnor, set along the coastal cliffs overlooking Bass Strait. Its big draw is the layout: a 750-metre scale replica of the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, so you follow lines inspired by the famous MotoGP and World Superbike track on a miniaturised version of one of Australia's most iconic circuits. The karts are petrol-powered Sodi machines running 9-horsepower Honda GX 270cc engines โ quick enough to be genuinely exciting โ and there are single-seat Sodi RT10 V2 karts for solo drivers plus Sodi 2Drive tandem karts with dual steering so a child can steer under an adult's supervision. Open seven days with an ocean-view setting, it is widely rated a must-do while visiting the island.
