About Sydney Motorsport Park
Sydney Motorsport Park at Eastern Creek is the home of motorsport in New South Wales and one of the busiest, most accessible circuits in the country. Run by the ARDC, it offers four circuit configurations plus a huge floodable concrete skidpan, a figure-8 skid circuit and a dedicated 4WD off-road course, hosting everything from Supercars and Superbike championships to a packed calendar of festivals and race meetings. What sets it apart for the public is how much you can actually do here: track days and track nights, open pit lane sessions, motorcycle ride days, the Fastrack V8 Race Experience and Supercar Drive Experience, and an unusually deep menu of driver training — from defensive and advanced driving to skid & slide, learner programs and 4WD courses. Riders can book in with Motoschool or the California Superbike School, and aspiring racers can sit their observed racing licence test on site.

FAQ
Can the public drive on the track at Sydney Motorsport Park?
Yes. SMSP runs regular track days, track nights, open pit lane days and night sprints where you can drive your own car on the circuit, with run groups suited to everyone from first-timers to experienced drivers. Motorcyclists are catered for on dedicated ride days and ride nights.
Do I need a racing licence?
No. You do not need a competition racing licence for track days, drive experiences or driver training — a normal road licence is enough for most activities. If you want to go racing, you can sit an observed racing licence test on site.
What drive experiences are available if I don't want to use my own car?
